Job: Crew Leader (Janitorial -GR)

Local Janitorial Services Provider is seeking a Team Leader for a premier location in  Grand Rapids. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the cleaning contract including: Cleaning Duties, Customer Service, Equipment Maintenance and Operation, Employee Training & Supervision.

Basic Responsibilities:

Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Guarantee that all Contract Specifications are met each day
Manage Labor Budgets
Supervise, Train, and Coach employees
Operate and Maintain equipment
Perform cleaning duties
Maintain a Positive Team Environment

The main hours of work will be between 5:00pm and 11:00pm Monday through Friday. Successful candidate MUST HAVE excellent customer service skills and a proven successful history supervising crews of 3-5 people. Also must have reliable transportation and clear criminal background.
